Welcome to Insects Online Ltd. This simple online store allows you to purchase my Stick Insects and Fruit Fly Cultures that are so popular on Ebay. Thank you for visiting my store. I pride myself in the way in which I check all products before despatch and send out in good condition. Please remember that this is just my hobby, and so normally I just go to the post office Monday - Wednesdays. For any special delivery requests or urgent orders, please telephone me BEFORE placing order to check possibility, as I work full time and will be unable to send out Special Delivery requests made in the afternoon as I only wrap up parcels in the evening. We can now offer NOCHEX Online Payment Services to collect payments funded by all major Credit and Debit cards, in addition to Paypal. If you pay by Bank Transfer or other method, please remember these can take over 3 days to clear and goods can only be despatched when full cleared payment is received. (We are faster payment compatible and so if you tick same day payment we should receive the funds in an hour or so).

Please note that we only send to UK Postcoded Addresses (and Northern Ireland with UK Post Codes). We MAY send to Europe & Ireland (Non UK Post Codes), but you must email us first for a postage quote and location check.

Our Despatch Cycle - Monday - Wednesday at 08:30 in the morning if Order is placed before 20:00 the previous evening. (If Order Placed after Tuesday Eve at 20:00 , then despatch will be the following Monday as we would be unable to wrap your box in time for Wednesday Despatch sorry)
